Rules & Regulations
Simple rules, kept for the safety of guests, kids, pets and the wildlife that lives here.
Driving & Parking
Speed limit 5 mph, strictly enforced. Watch for children and wildlife.
Golf carts and motor vehicles: licensed drivers only, lights required after dark.
Two vehicles per campsite. Extra vehicles need a $5 parking pass and must use designated areas.
No parking in empty campsites. Visitors check in at the Clubhouse for a vehicle pass.
Check-In, Check-Out & Quiet Hours
Quiet hours 11 p.m. to 8 a.m.
Check-out: RV and tent sites 12 p.m. Cabins 11 a.m.
Children
Never leave children unattended on the grounds or in the bathhouse. Parents and guardians are responsible at all times.
Pets & Wildlife
Pets on a leash when outside and never left unattended.
Clean up after pets and dispose of waste in a sealed bag in the trash.
Bigfoot has friends here. Watch for wildlife on land and in the water.
Fires
Campfires only in designated fire rings. Do not move fire rings.
Firewood is sold at check-in. No out-of-state firewood.
No fireworks.
Firearms
All firearms must remain concealed. No shooting on the property.
Your Site
Sewer donut or elbow required at RV sites.
No clotheslines or clothes hung outside.
No washing vehicles, campers or dishes at the water spigots.
Trash goes to the dumpsters behind the bathhouse, not left at the site.
Food must be sealed in a vehicle or a solid, non-pliable container when not in use.
Picnic tables stay put. No carving.
Mowing is every Thursday. Please move vehicles and belongings off the grass.
Trails & Activities
No bicycles after dark.
Be mindful of children, pets and wildlife on the trails and near the water.
Respect quiet time and your neighbors' space.
Not Permitted Anywhere on the Property
Outside alcohol, illegal substances, fireworks, drones, out-of-state firewood.
