When you spend a day at Bigfoot Adventure, you can expect to have a great time! Our highly-trained guides will provide you with all of the gear you’ll need and show you how to use it, ensuring that everyone has a wonderful zipline experience. Our zipline instructors will make sure you have the knowledge and instruction to safely experience our 8 zipline courses. Soon, you’ll be zipping through the tree lines and over the ponds at Baggenstoss Farms. Just bring your excitement!
Disc Golf

There’s nothing better than spending quality time with those you love, especially when you’re all participating in a rousing game of disc golf. You don’t need heavy clubs or golf caddies to play this game, just bring a few discs and your competitive spirit! At Bigfoot Adventure, our 9-hole disc golf course weaves through our expansive grounds, providing you with a scenic backdrop and lots of space for creating long-lasting memories. If you have any questions, feel free to ask our team or stop by our Monteagle location today!
The disc golf course is free to the public. However, we do appreciate donations to benefit the conservation easement.

Set up your favorite game on the clubhouse lawn
If you’re wanting to get competitive, lawn games are a fun way to pass the time while also bonding with family and friends. We have Cornhole and Horseshoes available for guests to use! Cornhole is free when played on the Clubhouse lawn, but can also be rented to take back to your campsite, so you can play all night long.

Disc Golf FAQs

The game of disc golf is very similar to traditional golf with two main differences:
You throw discs instead of hitting golf balls with clubs.
You aim for poles with baskets instead of holes in the ground.
The winner of the game is the player with the lowest number of throws after completing the 9-hole course.

Each hole has a designated tee area. Each player starts here, throwing their disc as far as they can toward the basket.
After teeing off, the player whose disc is farthest from the basket throws first.
Players continue throwing until their discs come to rest inside the chains or disc golf basket. This completes the hole. The player with the least number of throws on the previous hole tees off first on the next hole.
The player with the least number of throws at the end of 9 holes wins the game.

All tee throws must be completed from within the designated tee areas.
The player whose disc is farthest from the basket after teeing off always throws first.
Never throw until players ahead of you are out of range and the fairway is completely clear of spectators and park guests.
The player with the least number of throws on the previous hole is the first to tee off on the next hole.
Throws after the tee-off shot must be made within one foot of where the last throw came to rest.
A run-up and normal follow-through after release is allowed when the throw is more than 10 meters (33 feet) from the basket.
No “falling” or “jumping putts” are allowed within 10 meters (33 feet) of the basket.
To complete a hole, the disc must rest inside the disc golf basket or chains. A disc that rests on top of or outside of the basket is NOT a completed hole.
If a throw lands out of bounds, the player may start from the point where the disc was last in bounds for a 1 throw penalty.
Out of bounds: water, roads, parking lots, and over fences.
Overall, golf is a game of etiquette and honor. Please be courteous to other players, stand quietly while they drive, approach, and putt, and try to stay out of their line of sight while they throw.
